Now that Marine Administrations are authorising electronic texts as an acceptable equivalent to their paper copy predecessors, the full benefits of their use can be gained.

  • System Requirements

    1) Windows 2000, XP or Vista Operating System.
    Windows 95 is not compatible.
    Windows 98, Me and NT are currently compatible with the right Operating System Service Pack level and the right version of the dependencies (see below). Note however that Microsoft has dropped technical support for these OS.

    2) Hard Disk space approximately 1300 MB (depending on the operating system and software already installed on your PC).

    3) DVD-ROM drive (to install/update the program). A CD-ROM version of the software is available on special request but due to the size of the Library this format is not recommended.

    4) Pentium III or above (Pentium 4 or above recommended).

    5) Memory 128MB (256MB or above recommended).

    6) Screen at 1024 × 768 with minimum 16 bits colours (High Colour).
